About IIM Ahmedabad Dubai Executive MBA

The IIM Ahmedabad Dubai Executive MBA is a 2-year, part-time, in-person Executive MBA programme for experienced professionals looking to move beyond domain expertise and take on broader strategic and enterprise-level leadership responsibilities. Delivered at the IIMA Dubai Campus, the programme combines IIM Ahmedabad’s academic rigour and case-based learning with cross-functional management education, global exposure and an experienced peer cohort.

The programme is designed for professionals with 6+ years of post-graduation experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Participants continue working while attending weekend classes in Dubai, allowing them to apply management frameworks and new perspectives directly to real business challenges.

Applicants can submit scores from the IIMA Admission Test, GMAT Focus, Executive Assessment (EA), or GRE. The Admissions Committee may waive the admission test requirement where a candidate’s academic and professional record provides sufficient evidence of quantitative and analytical readiness.
